Saturday, August 6, we host our 4th ever Brundage Bomberman Super D – and this is the Idaho State Championship event!

Sunday, August 7, it’s the 20th incarnation of the Brundage Bomber Downhill. This is not only an Idaho State Championship event, but also a US Nationals qualifying event.

Camping is free at Brundage Mountain Resort and a snack bar with cold beverages and hot snacks is open from 10 am – 5 pm daily.

Overview: Taking place each year during July, the Brundage Mountain Bike Festival is a fun event for riders, runners and spectators. Just make your way north of Boise, Idaho to McCall. That’s where all the action happens.

Details : The Brundage Mountain Bike Festival generally includes four separate events. The events include both mountain biking and trail running. Taking place over a weekend, the events take place on both Saturday and Sunday.
On Saturday morning, the trail runners and bikers tackle the same trail. You need to be experienced and physically fit to climb up 1800 vertical feet and handle the many other climbs and descends on the trail.
Saturday afternoon, you can participate in the short course Super D, which starts at 1:30 pm. There is a FREE kid’s race on Saturday as well.
On Sunday, the Brundage Bomber Downhill uses the 1.5 miles Hidden Valley course that loses 1,500 vertical feet as you descend the mountain. Take the quad lift to the top for your shuttle ride and then hurl you and your bike down the mountain.
Other activities include an awards assembly following all the events. There are medals and cash prizes and fun for everyone. Come and make a weekend of it. There is dry camping and clean toilets available on site. There are hot springs nearby and places to eat within minutes. Please bring everything you need to camp. Alternatively, you can obtain lodging at Brundage Mountain Resort.
For nearly twenty years, mountain bike enthusiasts and runners have flocked to Brundage Ski Resort during July to participate in four different mountain bike and running events.
