Every year in the Payette Lake at Idaho there is a boat show that is a worth see. The boats on display here are absolute beauties, and when you consider the amazing scenic surroundings of the lake, it really thrills those who attend this event. Classic and wooden boats on display during the 2011 edition of McCall's favorite summertime gathering celebrating 100 years of McCall history. The Payette Lakes Chapter of the ACBS (Antique and Classic Boats Society sponsors this free event showing some of the most beautiful boats to grace the serene waters of Payette Lake. The grand Shore Lodge plays host to this event. Boat displays, music, food and drink, boat judging, kid's events and wooden boat rides make for a memorable family day.

Overview: The boat show at Payette Lake in Idaho is held in the month of August for 3 days. During this time people from nearby areas come down to the lake for the classic wooden boats that are on display. And some of these boats are even antique. They have been wonderfully restored and look like pieces of art, and are so worth all the attention.
