Lake Cascade, ID, is located in the mountains of east central Idaho just south of McCall on Highway 55. It is accessible year round.

You can fish the year round at Lake Cascade. During the warmer months you can fish from the shoreline or from your boat. During the winter the lake freezes over, making it excellent for ice fishing. The lake has salmon, small mouth bass, crappie, rainbow trout, perch and a few other species as well.

Due to prevailing winds, the lake is excellent for those who enjoy windsurfing or sailing.

There are also plenty of trails in the area for hiking and mountain biking, and numerous campgrounds to put up your tent.

With plenty of snow in the winter, you can enjoy snowmobiling and cross country skiing as well.

The scenic Crown Point Railroad Grade Trail is excellent for mountain biking, horseback riding, hiking, and viewing wildlife.
